Bountiful Care began with one extraordinary participant who has lived with quadriplegia for more than three decades and knows exactly what exceptional support should look and feel like. He approached Peter, our Director and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant, to create a service that reflects his vision for care.
As a registered disability support provider, we fill an important gap in the sector through personalised, nurse-led Complex Care.
Fusing clinical capability with a genuine care factor, Bountiful Care has grown organically into a close-knit community of remarkable participants, outstanding support workers and a devoted management team. Many have found their way to us through the grapevine — a testament to the trust, commitment and genuine relationships at the heart of everything we do.
The name Bountiful reflects our heartfelt desire to create a rich, rewarding and restorative experience for everyone connected with our service. We want our participants to feel heard, valued and empowered, and their families to feel confident that care is delivered with skill, integrity and heart.
