Peter Brown
DIRECTOR AND CLINICAL NURSE CONSULTANT
With more than 17 years’ experience across nursing and disability support, Peter brings a wealth of expertise in critical care, infection prevention, education and management. His broad clinical background provides participants and their families with confidence, security and peace of mind. Complementing his clinical skills, Peter is undoubtedly a people-person. He reverences the client-carer relationship, considering it a privilege to be welcomed into people’s homes and lives. Peter cares wholeheartedly about each Bountiful Care participant and works hard to see their lives genuinely enriched. We like to describe Peter as a ‘People Person with a Purpose’!


Jilly McFarlane
CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER
Jilly is a long-standing member of the Bountiful Care team who builds trusted, meaningful relationships. With a background in various care settings and a personal passion for health and wellbeing, Jilly is dedicated to helping participants enjoy wholesome, happy lives. Organised, positive and dependable, Jilly is the ultimate professional! She takes pride in making sure every aspect of our participants’ care is thoughtfully coordinated and that their individual needs are understood and supported. We like to describe Jilly as a ‘Breath of Fresh Air’!
Sarah Rogan
CLIENT RELATIONS CONSULTANT

Sarah’s postgraduate studies in public health have shaped her holistic approach to healthcare and wellbeing. Her professional experience spans pathology in both hospital and community settings, including frontline work during the pandemic. Sarah lives and breathes the ethos that everybody deserves the opportunity to enjoy the best possible quality of life! She brings warmth, authenticity and emotional intelligence to everything she does, creating genuine connections with participants, families and colleagues. We like to describe Sarah as a ‘Ray of Sunshine’!

Kate Rush
CLIENT RELATIONS CONSULTANT & CLINICAL NURSE CONSULTANT

Kate’s strength lies in her deep knowledge and well-rounded background as a Registered Nurse. She possesses a high degree of independence, attention to detail and composure. She is also empathetic, caring and wholly committed to her participants. While Kate’s wisdom and experience are valuable, she brings a heartwarming human touch to her work, often quietly going above and beyond to meet the needs and wants of her participants. We like to describe Kate as having a ‘Heart of Gold’!
Lana Edwards
CLIENT RELATIONS CONSULTANT
Lana brings varied experience across the service and support sectors, complemented by a naturally warm, thoughtful and people-focused approach to her work. She is dedicated, hardworking and always ready to lend a hand, making her a valued member of the Bountiful Care team. Lana truly loves celebrating her participants’ wins — especially the little ones that can sometimes go unnoticed. Her greatest joy is working alongside people as they build confidence, achieve their goals and thrive in life. We like to describe Lana as a ‘Positive Pocket-Rocket’!

Amy Mobbs

Amy is a Registered Nurse who specialised in adult and paediatric emergency nursing for her postgraduate studies. She maintains her clinical currency by working part-time in the emergency department where she thrives under pressure and is well-respected by her peers. Level-headed, willing and determined, Amy is passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for her participants — so they can live their lives, their way. We like to describe Amy as a ‘Calm Cucumber with a Warm Heart’!
Debbie Ayres
CLINICAL NURSE CONSULTANT

With more than 30 years of nursing practice across hospital and community settings, Debbie brings extensive clinical knowledge to Bountiful Care. She has a proven track record of supporting people with both acute and chronic health conditions and is highly skilled in clinical assessment, reasoning and decision-making. Debbie’s focus is simple: helping participants maintain their health, wellbeing and quality of life while feeling safe and supported. We like to describe Deb as a ‘Walking Medical Textbook’!


Candice Whangapirita
CLINICAL NURSE CONSULTANT

Candice is a Registered Nurse who works part-time in the emergency department, caring for people with a wide range of health needs. Her career and life experiences have shaped her into a wise and compassionate nurse. Candice has a particular talent for developing high-quality clinical documentation and plays an important role in creating comprehensive complex care plans for our participants. As a competent and caring practitioner, she also provides personalised nursing services that support each participant’s individual needs. We like to describe Candice as ‘Bilingual in Brain and Heart’!
Caitlin McNamara
CLINICAL NURSE CONSULTANT

Caitlin is an experienced Registered Nurse who brings a calm, capable approach to participant care, paired with quick thinking and strong problem-solving skills. She has a natural ability to see the bigger picture while staying attentive to the finer details that make all the difference. Caitlin’s strengths in teaching and training also add significant value to our clinical team. We like to describe Caitlin as a ‘Quiet Force’!
Andrew Prior
CLINICAL NURSE CONSULTANT

Andrew is a Registered Nurse with 30 years’ experience across emergency, intensive care and wound care. Wise, kind and articulate, he brings extensive clinical experience to his work and a thoughtful approach to every participant he supports. Andrew is respectful and empowering with participants, encouraging of support staff, and an excellent trainer and teacher. Away from nursing, he is also a talented professional singer — so it seems Andrew has a few more skills up his sleeve than most! We like to describe Andrew as ‘The Voice of Experience’.
Ezra Poimatagi
ROSTERING
Ezra — our roster hero — meets the ever-changing demands of rostering by balancing consistency with flexibility. He prioritises commitment, collaboration and mutual respect to achieve positive outcomes for participants and their teams. With his skilful, methodical approach, Ezra takes great care to ensure rosters are filled to everyone’s satisfaction. His friendly, easy-going nature makes the art of rostering seem like ‘a piece of cake’! We like to describe Ezra’s style as a ‘Balmy Summer Breeze’!
Tim Mackay
ROSTERING
Tim spent eight years working as a support worker before joining Bountiful Care’s rostering team. His first-hand experience gives him valuable insight into the needs of participants and support workers. Always ready to embrace new challenges, Tim sees rostering as an opportunity to develop his skills and contribute in a different way. He is practical, reliable and consistent – a winning combination for rostering. We like to describe Tim as ‘Always Up for the Challenge’!
Catherine Russo
HUMAN RESOURCES
Catherine has an extensive background in team management and regulation across the healthcare sector and beyond. She is committed to maintaining robust practices at Bountiful Care while ensuring our staff feel valued, supported and empowered to do their best work. With a natural ability to recognise and respond to the needs of others, Catherine brings special insight to our organisation, exemplifying the Bountiful ‘can-do, care-deeply’ attitude. We like to describe Catherine as our ‘Cheerleader-in-Chief’!


Jacqueline Hardman

Drawing on her diverse talents across community engagement, academia, language and the arts, Jacqueline is our go-to person for all things compliance. She plays an important role in strengthening Bountiful Care’s policies and processes, helping our organisation operate efficiently and effectively. Resourceful and composed, Jacqueline tackles challenges with quick wit and a level head, bringing a reassuring presence to the team. We like to describe Jacqui as a ‘Jack of All Trades, Master of Many’!
Maddison Stewart
ADMINISTRATION
Maddi combines seven years of disability support work with solid administration skills to help keep things running smoothly for our participants and team. Friendly, efficient and wonderfully no-fuss, Maddi thrives on finding practical solutions and getting things done. Her experience in disability support means she understands that the little details can make a big difference. We like to describe Maddi as our ‘Cheerful Office Powerhouse’!
